1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Mahjong IQ, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must also comply with applicable Apple platform terms and any laws that apply where you use the app.
2. Limited license
Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mahjong IQ for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the platform through which you obtained it.
No ownership rights in the app, artwork, code, game systems, text, branding, or other protected materials are transferred to you.
3. Gameplay and local progress
Game rules, levels, balance, rewards, utilities, progression requirements, ad placements, and other features may change over time. Core progress is stored locally on the device. Deleting the app, erasing its storage, restoring a device, or certain system operations can cause locally stored progress to be lost.
We do not promise that every level, feature, reward, or advertising opportunity will always be available.
4. Advertising and rewarded features
Mahjong IQ may display app-open ads, interstitial ads, or other advertising formats. Some features offer an optional rewarded ad in exchange for an in-game benefit such as utility credits or a revive.
A rewarded benefit is granted only when the advertising SDK reports that the reward condition has been satisfied. If an ad is unavailable, interrupted, fails to load, or does not report successful completion, the related benefit may not be granted.
Ads are provided by third-party advertising services. We are not responsible for the content, products, claims, availability, or destinations of third-party advertisements.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- circumvent security, progression, advertising, reward, or technical controls;
- use automation, modified clients, exploits, or other methods to manipulate game state or advertising rewards;
- interfere with the app, its service providers, networks, or other users;
- use the app or website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
- copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected app content without permission.
6. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services, including Apple platform services, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, consent tooling, and advertising or attribution technologies. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and can change or become unavailable independently of Mahjong IQ.
7. Intellectual property
Mahjong IQ and its associated artwork, visual design, game content, software, logos, and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, and services belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahjong IQ and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or permanent availability of any feature or ad.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress, lost opportunities, lost profits, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the app or website.
Where applicable law does not permit a particular limitation, that limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted.
10. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or discontinue access to the app or services where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service changes, or discontinuation. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published on this page unless a later effective date is stated. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing principles
These terms are governed by applicable law and mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Any provision found unenforceable will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining terms continue in effect.
