Rewarded ads depend on network availability, consent state, and ad inventory. Keep the app in the foreground for a moment and try again. If an ad cannot load, gameplay should remain usable; no reward is granted unless the rewarded ad completes successfully.

After a successful rewarded revive, you should remain on the same level with the same score and board progress. The revive removes one tray tile and one matching board tile. The revive option can be used again on later failures when a valid matching pair and a rewarded ad are available.

Interstitial ads may appear at configured progression milestones after completing eligible unique levels. They are never meant to erase current game progress. Rewarded ads are separate and are only shown after you choose a rewarded action.

Core campaign progress is stored locally on the device. Before reinstalling the app or erasing device data, note your current level. Reinstalling or clearing app storage can remove locally stored progress.

Open Mahjong IQ Settings and confirm Sound and Haptics are enabled. Also verify device volume, Silent Mode, Focus settings, and system haptic settings.

When required for your region, Mahjong IQ exposes a Privacy Choices control in Settings. Apple’s tracking permission can also be changed in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
