Data Deletion

Mahjong IQ does not require a player account. Here is how to remove local gameplay data and manage data handled by third-party services.

Delete local gameplay data

Core game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. To remove the app and its locally stored data:

  1. Open iOS/iPadOS Settings.
  2. Go to General → iPhone Storage or iPad Storage.
  3. Select Mahjong IQ.
  4. Choose Delete App and confirm.
Important: “Offload App” can preserve app documents and data. Use “Delete App” if your goal is to remove locally stored Mahjong IQ data.

Reinstalling the app after deletion normally starts with fresh local gameplay state unless data is restored separately by an Apple system backup or platform feature.

Advertising and analytics data

Firebase, AdMob, Apple, and other configured service providers may hold information independently of local app storage. Their retention and deletion processes are controlled by those providers.

You can manage Apple tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where available, use Mahjong IQ’s in-app Privacy Choices control to revisit advertising-consent choices.

Support information

The support-request builder on this website does not transmit or store what you type. If you submit information through another support channel in the future, you can request deletion of that support correspondence through the same channel where possible.
